You will be the driving force behind seamless operations, coordinating everything from parcel distribution to newspaper deliveries with precision and speed. Your leadership will inspire a diverse team, fostering a culture of high performance, safety, and collaboration. Qualifications: Proven experience in a leadership role in logistics, distribution, or supply chain management, preferably within a depot or similar operational environment. Strong experience in managing multiple services or business units, with a focus on both operational efficiency and customer service. Excellent financial acumen, with experience in managing budgets, controlling costs, and driving profitability. Strong understanding of regulatory compliance within logistics and distribution, including health & safety, driver regulations, and industry standards; strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on achieving high performance and fostering a collaborative work environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and manage a diverse team. Results-driven and detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement. A high level of organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
