At In Post, we are looking for an exceptional Warehouse Shift Manager to join our team and help drive operational excellence in our parcel sortation operations.

As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in overseeing daily warehouse operations, optimising mechanical sortation processes, and leading a talented team towards achieving outstanding results.

Wednesday - Saturday (PM Shift)Hours: 40hrs per week, 14:00 start time

Salary: £36,000 Per Annum What youll be doing: Manage and improve the day-to-day running of the warehouse so everything works smoothly.

Improve performance: Make sure everyone sticks to standard processes for consistent and high-quality work.

Manage the shift: Take responsibility for how each shift runs and performs.

Run clear and organised driver briefings before and after shifts.

Keep the warehouse tidy: Make sure company policies and standards are always followed.

Experience managing a team, ideally in a warehouse or logistics setting, with knowledge of sorting systems.

Warehouse knowledge: Understand how warehouse operations work and how to improve efficiency.

Able to use warehouse systems and tools effectively.

Always looking for ways to improve processes and performance.

Must have the legal right to work in the UK.
