As we continue to grow rapidly, we’re seeking a driven and dynamic Nights Warehouse Supervisor to join our team and help propel our success even further. In this key role, reporting to the Shift Manager, you'll be responsible for supervising day‑to‑day warehouse operations, managing a dedicated team, and ensuring everything runs smoothly. Your warehouse/logistics and operational team management experience will help us meet deadlines, maintain quality standards, and drive operational efficiency. Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Manage and motivate the team to ensure productivity targets are met and customer deadlines are achieved.
- Assist in planning and forecasting staff requirements, including rota management and annual leave planning.
- Ensure all labelling, sortation, and warehouse team productivity targets are achieved, maintaining quality standards at all times.
- Ensure all new staff receive thorough induction and continuous training, enabling them to perform their roles effectively, efficiently, and safely.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the business.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully compliant warehouse environment to create an efficient and professional setting.
- Consistently follow company policies.
- Ensure a safe working environment for everyone by maintaining safe working practices, upholding compliance with all regulations, policies and procedures, and ensuring all team members have completed the necessary Health and Safety training.
- Experience using warehouse and logistics management systems desirable.
- Strong time‑management skills, with the ability to meet strict deadlines.
This position is based at InPost’s Lutterworth hub in the UK.
