Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Lead and inspire a dedicated Returns Warehouse team, driving performance and fostering a positive, results-focused culture.
- Work closely with Warehouse Management to ensure returns targets are consistently met and exceeded.
- Act as the first point of contact for Returns Warehouse Operatives, providing hands-on guidance and support to maintain an efficient and accurate workflow.
- Proactively identify and resolve operational issues within the returns process, escalating where necessary to keep operations running smoothly.
- Champion quality control standards, ensuring all returned stock is processed accurately and in line with company procedures.
- Promote and enforce health and safety compliance, setting the standard for safe working practices.
- Deliver effective on-the-job training and coaching, equipping team members with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to succeed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience leading and motivating a warehouse or returns team, with a track record of delivering results.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, able to identify issues and take decisive action.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support and guide your team effectively.
- A commitment to quality, accuracy, and health & safety standards in a warehouse environment.
