Your responsibilities:

  • Manage Lean transformation across all organizational units of the operations area.
  • Propose/initiate and implement individual initiatives/projects aimed at improving work in the operations area.
  • Identify areas requiring improvement and implement initiatives to increase operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service quality.
  • Actively support the Group Process Design Director and Head of Group Performance Excellence in all strategic initiatives that help implement new systems and design creative solutions for continuous improvement of operational processes.
  • Define processes in the operations area to optimize processes, resulting in the creation of ISO processes and policies.
  • Define and prioritize performance indicators and metrics for specific processes.
  • Develop and implement budget plans for individual markets.
  • Continuously analyze existing processes in the organization and their elements, including monitoring current standards.
  • Support up to 6 branches simultaneously to improve the work of a given branch (employee efficiency, scorecard) - maximum on two markets simultaneously.
  • Conduct tests in a given area to optimize processes.
  • Coordinate Lean training and courses.
  • Control the realization of performance indicators in branches, plan optimization processes.
  • Monitor the performance of the linear transport supply chain.

What we need from you:

  • Willingness to travel frequently on business within the InPost Group (PL, ESP, FR, UK).
  • Experience in implementing Lean solutions.
  • Experience in change and project management - minimum 2 years.
  • Familiarity with MS Office suite.
  • Innovative and creative approach.
  • Negotiation skills and ability to find compromises.
  • Stress resilience and planning and work organization skills.
  • Highly developed communication skills that allow for easy public speaking.
