What you'll be doing:

What we need from you:
- Proven experience in a leadership role in logistics, distribution, or supply chain management, preferably within a depot or similar operational environment.
- Strong experience in managing multiple services or business units, with a focus on both operational efficiency and customer service.
- Excellent financial acumen, with experience in managing budgets, controlling costs, and driving profitability.
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance within logistics and distribution, including health & safety, driver regulations, and industry standards.
