Our team is packed full of top-notch experts in e-commerce, technology, scale-up growth, sustainability, logistics and supply chain. We’re a passionate bunch with high ambition – we collaborate, innovate, support each other, and leave egos at the door.

About the Role:

We’re looking for an organised and proactive Talent & Development Coordinator to join our People team at InPost UK.

This is an ideal role for someone looking to develop their career in HR, Learning & Development or Talent Development, who enjoys making things happen behind the scenes and takes pride in getting the detail right. Working closely with the Talent & Development Lead and Talent & Development Partner, you’ll provide the administrative and logistical support that keeps our learning, apprenticeship and development activity running smoothly.

From coordinating training sessions and preparing materials to maintaining records, supporting apprentices and helping with induction, you’ll play an important role in ensuring our people have a seamless development experience. You’ll gain hands-on exposure to a broad range of Talent & Development activity while building your knowledge and experience within a fast-paced People team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Provide first-line support to employees and managers with queries relating to development programmes, apprenticeships and training bookings.

  • Coordinate training sessions, workshops and meetings, including booking rooms and resources, preparing joining instructions and managing calendar invitations.

  • Prepare and organise training materials, handouts and other resources to ensure sessions are ready to go.

  • Maintain accurate records of training attendance, completion and feedback across relevant systems, working closely with our Learning Systems specialist.

  • Maintain our Apprenticeship tracker and support the Talent & Development Lead in guiding learners throughout their apprenticeship journey at InPost.

  • Liaise with apprenticeship suppliers and help ensure the Government DAS system remains accurate and up to date.

  • Support the coordination of our Induction programme, ensuring new starters have everything they need ahead of their first day.

  • Maintain L&D trackers, budgets and reporting documents, identifying and flagging any discrepancies to the Talent & Development Lead.

  • Help keep our Development content libraries, templates and shared resources organised and up to date.

  • Provide general administrative and coordination support to the Talent & Development Lead and Talent & Development Partner.

  • Support the delivery of key development programmes, with opportunities to build your own facilitation skills and experience where appropriate.

About You:

You’ll be highly organised, detail-focused and comfortable juggling a variety of tasks and priorities. You’ll enjoy being the person who keeps things moving, making sure the right people have the right information and that every detail is taken care of.

This is a great opportunity for someone at the early stages of their HR, Talent or Learning & Development career who is keen to learn, get involved and build hands-on experience across a broad range of Development activity.

You’ll also bring:

  • Experience in an administrative, coordination or HR support role, ideally within a People, Talent or Learning & Development environment.

  • Excellent organisational skills and a strong eye for detail, with the ability to keep track of multiple activities and deadlines.

  • Confidence using standard office systems, including Microsoft Office, HRIS and/or LMS platforms, with the ability and enthusiasm to learn new tools and systems.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and helpful approach when working with employees and managers at all levels.

  • The ability to manage a varied workload, prioritise effectively and meet competing deadlines.

  • A proactive, can-do attitude and a willingness to get stuck in and learn about the wider Talent & Development function.

  • A collaborative approach and the ability to build positive working relationships with colleagues and external partners.

  • Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive or confidential information.

  • A genuine interest in helping people learn, develop and grow.

Why Join the People & Culture team?

As part of our Talent & Development team, you’ll have the opportunity to gain valuable experience across a wide range of development activity, work alongside experienced Talent & Development professionals and play a key role in creating great learning experiences for our people.

You’ll be joining a fast-paced, ambitious team where no two days are the same, with plenty of opportunity to learn, take ownership and grow your career within the People function.

If you’re an organised, enthusiastic and detail-focused individual looking to build your career in Talent & Development, we’d love to hear from you.
