Want to be part of a UK hub, in a global business that is scaling rapidly, evolving fast and radically changing the decades-old delivery universe? If so, read on, as we’re looking for a Regional Sales Manager to join our Commercial team! With a fast-growing network of thousands of smart lockers, hundreds of leading retail partners and the launch of our transformative Send service, we’re bringing freedom to anyone with a parcel.

At InPost UK, we’re building an unparalleled group of talent that’s committed to help us power our mission to reshape the way parcels move, and redefine eCommerce logistics. Our team is packed full of top-notch experts in e-commerce, technology, scale-up growth, sustainability, logistics and supply chain. InPost is transforming how the UK shops online — and we need a leader to own that story across a region. This isn't a desk job: you'll be in the field, building a team, chasing the biggest merchants, and making out-of-home delivery the default choice at checkout for retailers across your patch.

  • Recruit, coach, and develop a field-based team of Business Development Managers.
  • Set targets, run performance reviews, build a culture people want to be part of — and make sure the right BDMs are chasing the right opportunities.
  • Act as the senior commercial voice for your region — feeding merchant intelligence, market insight, and performance data back into the Head of New Business, Marketing, and Product to sharpen InPost's national go-to-market approach.
  • Personally lead the region's highest-value merchant relationships and most complex commercial deals, engaging at director and senior level.
  • Develop and execute a regional sales strategy — covering territory planning, prospect prioritisation, segment targeting, and channel approach.
  • Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop BDMs and Senior BDMs — building capability and maintaining a high-performance field sales culture.
  • Set clear, measurable targets for each team member across merchant onboarding, volume, revenue, pipeline activity, and CRM hygiene.
  • Maintain rigorous pipeline and forecasting discipline — providing the Head of New Business with accurate, timely, and insight-rich performance reports.
  • Monitor the regional competitive landscape and ecommerce ecosystem, feeding intelligence and recommendations into commercial planning.
  • Work closely with Customer Success, Operations, Legal, Finance, and Marketing to ensure that sales commitments are operationally deliverable and clients are handed over smoothly.

We’re looking for people who are ready for a fast paced environment, get their kicks out of problem solving and can balance getting today's stuff done, whilst building for the future.

  • Significant time in a sales leadership or management role in driving B2B and B2C field sales.
  • Experienced in leading and managing a field-based sales team — target-setting, performance management and coaching.
  • Proven track record of delivering and exceeding sales, volume, and revenue targets at both individual and team level.
  • Advanced pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM discipline — HubSpot or equivalent.
  • Full UK driving licence (mandatory — field-based role).
  • Background in logistics, parcel delivery, e-commerce service provision, or last-mile solutions.
  • Understanding of ecommerce checkout integration, merchant acquisition strategies, and out-of-home delivery propositions.
  • Experience contributing to national go-to-market strategy or sales playbook development.
  • Familiarity with data visualisation or BI tools to inform sales reporting and strategy.
  • Sales methodology certification (e.g. Additional European language — beneficial but not required).

Commercial Skills

  • Strong understanding of ecommerce ecosystems, checkout integration, and merchant acquisition.
  • Excellent commercial negotiation at senior level — comfortable with complex, bespoke deal structures.
  • Analytical, data-driven approach to regional strategy, team focus, and pipeline management.
  • Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on field execution and day-to-day team management.

This normally involves a 20 minute chat with our Talent Team.
