About the role: As we continue to grow rapidly, we’re seeking a driven and dynamic Warehouse Shift Manager to join our team and help propel our success even further. In this pivotal role, reporting to the shift Operations Manager you will oversee the daily operations of our warehouse, lead a dedicated team, and ensure seamless efficiency across all processes. Your strong people management skills will be essential in meeting deadlines, upholding high-quality standards, and driving continuous operational improvements. Shift Pattern: Any 4 in 7
Hours: 19:00pm - 05:30am
Salary: £35,000 per annum
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead with Passion: Inspire and motivate your team to consistently meet and exceed productivity targets while ensuring customer deadlines are always achieved.
- Forecast and Plan: Play a key role in workforce planning by accurately forecasting staff requirements, managing rotas, and coordinating annual leave schedules.
- Optimize Operations: Take ownership of all warehouse processes, including labelling, sortation, and overall team productivity.
- Ensure Smooth Handover: Deliver detailed and clear handover reports to the incoming Shift Manager.
- Collaborating Across Teams: Work closely with other departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Ensuring Consistency: Consistently adhere to and uphold company policies and procedures.
- Champion Safety: Uphold a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with all regulations.

- Hands-on experience working in a fast-paced Warehouse, Distribution or Logistics environment.
- Proven track record in people management, successfully motivating and leading teams.
- Demonstrated ability to drive and surpass operational KPIs.
- A calm and focused approach to prioritizing daily tasks.
- Strong problem-solving skills grounded in practical decision-making.
- Proficient computer skills, confident using Outlook, Word, Excel.
