A Customer Services Advisor will join our Customer Care team in Linwood, Scotland. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive customer experience in a fast‑paced environment. The ability to take full ownership of the customer journey and to resolve queries with efficiency, empathy and precision is essential.

Shift Pattern
Mon‑Sun, 5 days over 7. Specific shift times will be discussed at interview.

What you’ll be doing

  • Demonstrate awareness of how your behaviour and actions impact colleagues, the Customer Service Centre and customers.
  • Participate in regular 1:1s and coaching sessions with your Team Manager.
  • Take personal responsibility for self‑development.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and professional conduct at all times.

Customer Service

  • Process own workload in a timely fashion and without error.
  • Ensure work meets Customer Service Centre quality standards.
  • Strive to exceed customers’ expectations.

Process

  • Follow correct procedures on every call or customer contact.
  • Manage time effectively to support service standards.
  • Contribute to process improvements and support the Management Team.
  • Carry out general administrative duties as requested.
  • Keep the Customer Service Centre and workplace areas clean, tidy and safe in accordance with company policy and health & safety regulations.

Communication

  • Participate in team meetings and raise issues constructively.
  • Represent the Customer Service Centre and InPost professionally.
  • Support, facilitate and embrace open communication at all levels.
