About the role: Our InPost Group People & Culture Transformation Manager would join our transformation teams delivering large, complex and multi-year transformational change projects ranging from new operating models, post-acquisition integration, people standards and process implementations, through to organisational change projects. We are looking for someone who has the experience and skills to operate across all 4 of the program disciplines: Change Management, Communications, Training, and Project Management. You will need a flexible working approach to deliver between these disciplines in a fast paced environment with the ability to collaborate and lead on HR Transformation projects across a Group landscape, leading end to end. Please note: this role is initially a 1 year fixed term contract position.
What you will be doing:
- Deliver Change initiatives
- Own and deliver complex People change initiatives across InPost Group
- Deliver strategic change management approaches and also be pragmatic in your approach and deliver operationally for the project too
- Experience in leading change management for new system implementations, organisational design changes and participating in projects across all People & Culture Centre of Excellence (CoE) disciplines
People Programme and Project Management:
- Project management, including Project intake, scoping and business case creation, project timeline, plan creation, meeting management and tracking.
- Development of project governance
- Project documentation, maintenance and reporting
- Risk/Issue/Decision identification and mitigation
Change Management:
- Develop overall change management plan and approach
- Lead & execute on all change management efforts for the project & support transition to BAU at the conclusion of project
- Develop impact analysis for project changes in process, system, roles, behaviours
- Define and assess key stakeholders, and create and execute stakeholder plan to actively engage key supporters and resisters
Communications:
- Develop communications and engagement plans for the project
- Partner with the communication lead to support planning and execution of communication plans, providing guidance on best implementation/engagement approach
- Support on the creation of collateral to be used with employees
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with People & Culture Leadership team, People & Culture CoE and Country People directors, Functional leaders and Country Leadership teams.

- Demonstrated success in People Transformation and end to end Project Management; from building a business case through to delivery

- Comfortable using data to inform decision-making, with strong financial acumen
