You’ll be the driving force behind seamless operations, coordinating everything from parcel distribution to newspaper deliveries with precision and speed. Your leadership will inspire a diverse team, fostering a culture of high performance, safety, and collaboration. • Proven experience in a leadership role in logistics, distribution, or supply chain management, preferably within a depot or similar operational environment.
• Strong experience in managing multiple services or business units, with a focus on both operational efficiency and customer service.
• Excellent financial acumen, with experience in managing budgets, controlling costs, and driving profitability.
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance within logistics and distribution, including health & safety, driver regulations, and industry standards.

• Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on achieving high performance and fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and manage a diverse team.
• Results-driven and detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
