We’re leading the logistics revolution, powering deliveries across the UK for some of the nation’s biggest high-street and online brands. Our depots are the backbone of our operation, ensuring seamless logistics and top-notch service for our customers. Whether you’re handling parcels, coordinating routes, or managing depot operations, you will play a key role in maintaining our high standards and efficiency.

About the role:

As a Warehouse Team Leader, you’ll be at the heart of the action, ensuring parcels are handled with precision, operational targets are met, and safety and quality standards are top-notch. You'll lead a fantastic team, inspiring them to deliver excellence every day while driving performance and fostering a positive, results-driven culture.

  • Location: Unit 1 Summit Avenue Farnborough GU14 0NW
  • Shift Pattern: 4on 3off
  • Hours: 13:00pm - 23:30pm
  • Salary: £30,600 per annum

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead and motivate your team to achieve operational targets.
  • Ensure warehouse processes for efficient parcel handling, sorting and scanning are followed.
  • Train and develop new team members, helping them achieve and maintain performance standards.
  • Support the Supervisors and Shift Managers by identifying and escalating challenges and problem solving to ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly.
  • Foster a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment, upholding both company policies and health & safety standards.

  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Understanding of / familiarity working in a warehousing or logistics environment.
  • Team Leading or supervisory experience desirable.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable to support Warehouse Operatives with physical parcel handling activities when needed.
  • A commitment to upholding safety and operational excellence.
  • Right to work in the UK.
