In Post UK is seeking a Service Desk Supervisor to support the day-to-day operation of our Automated Parcel Machine network.

You will assist the Service Desk Manager, ensure KPI/SLA metrics, and manage tickets while coordinating with maintenance engineers and internal teams.

You will lead training, run QA and daily reports, and drive process improvements.
