  • Demonstrated success in People Transformation and end to end Project Management; from building a business case through to delivery.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and collaborate across functions.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and influencing skills.
  • Comfortable using data to inform decision-making, with strong financial acumen.
