About the role:
This newly created role will be the focal point for InPost technical knowledge within the deployment (locker installation) team, ensuring quality and safe work across our operations. Your expertise will be pivotal in driving quality growth across our national estate. We have ambitious expansion goals and you’ll be at the heart of enabling our teams (internal and contractors) to deliver top quality execution.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supervise the quality of installed parcel lockers and additional work (electrical/ground) in collaboration with contractors, internal deployment and service teams.
- Review, develop and manage the InPost UK audit process.
- Prepare, update, and manage documentation related to quality of deployment and specifications required by InPost.
- Define the quality characteristics and requirements of installation work.
- Hire, coach and develop a small team of field-based auditors.
- Prevent and promptly respond to potential or identified quality issues.
- Maintain technical deployment documentation.
- Conduct training for internal teams and contractors.
- Work cross functionally with R&D and other departments (UK & Poland) to introduce new services or products to UK market.

- Electrical qualifications or demonstrable knowledge of British Electrical Standards.
- Solid understanding of UK regulations.
- Experience reviewing, building and delivering audit processes.
- A quality mindset and unwavering commitment to health and safety excellence.
- Experience working in an operational environment.
- Natural leadership capabilities.
- Full drivers license.
In this role you’ll be comfortable travelling nationally ~3 days per week (this is likely to reduce over time).
