About the role:
InPost is seeking experienced Warehouse Operative's to join our dynamic Parcel Sorting Team at our Carlisle depot. This is an exceptional opportunity to become part of a leading company in the parcel delivery industry, renowned for supporting some of the UKโs most prominent high street and online brands.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to handling parcels within a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will collaborate closely with colleagues to optimize sorting workflows and meet daily targets, helping to drive the success of our logistics operations.

What youโll be doing:
Versatile Warehouse Support โ Take on various roles within the warehouse to ensure seamless support for the distribution process.
Parcel Sorting & Relabelling โ Efficiently sort and relabel parcels to maintain smooth operational flow.
Manual & Machine Operations โ Sort parcels manually or operate machinery to optimize processing.
General Warehouse Duties โ Contribute to the overall efficiency and organization of warehouse operations.
Team Collaboration โ Work effectively within a collaborative team environment to achieve shared goals.
Loading & Unloading โ Assist with the loading and unloading of goods to ensure timely delivery and order fulfilment.
