About the role: InPost Distribution are currently recruiting for a Interim Warehouse Operations Manager to join our team in Aylesham. The role is responsible for maximising the performance of our Lockers operations, and requires a high-performing individual to provide leadership, motivation, and training and development of the workforce. This role would suit a candidate coming from a similar parcel sortation operation management background.
As Operations Manager you will lead the day to day, the efficient and effective operations and management of our parcel sortation depot. Reporting to the General Manager, the successful candidate will play an integral role in overseeing the activities of the warehouse, managing the shift team and running a mechanical sortation.
Location: Ratling Road, Aylesham, Canterbury CT3 3BD
Shift Pattern: Tuesday - Saturday (Must be flexible with the business needs)
Hours: Tuesday - Friday 08:00am - 17:30pm / Saturday 08:00am - 15:00pm
