About the role:
InPost is seeking experienced OLA Warehouse Operatives to join our Parcel Sorting Team at our Litchfield depot. This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading parcel delivery company, supporting some of the UK’s most prominent high street and online brands.
The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to handling parcels in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will collaborate with colleagues to optimize workflows and meet daily targets, contributing to the success of our logistics operations.
Location: Yodel Lichfield, Blenheim Way, Lichfield, Staffs WS13 8SY
Shift Pattern: Various shifts, nights
Hours: 23:00 – 07:00
Salary: £12.70 per hour
What you’ll be doing:
- Versatile Warehouse Support: Performing various roles within the warehouse to support distribution.
- Parcel Sorting & Relabelling: Sorting and relabelling parcels efficiently to ensure smooth operations.
- Manual & Machine Operations: Sorting parcels manually or operating machinery to optimize processing.
- General Warehouse Duties: Contributing to overall warehouse efficiency and organization.
- Team Collaboration: Working effectively with team members to achieve goals.
- Loading & Unloading: Assisting with loading and unloading to ensure timely deliveries.
