About the role
InPost is seeking skilled and motivated Night's Warehouse Operatives to become an integral part of our dynamic Inbound Parcel Sorting Team at our Ipswich depot. In this role, you’ll be working alongside InPost and its valued customers to support our efficient parcel operations. As a leading provider in the UK logistics industry, InPost operates a vast national network, delivering parcels to a wide range of business-to-business sectors. Our expertise spans high‑profile clients across major retail, office, education, and light industrial markets, including some of the UK's most well‑known high street and online brands. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of an innovative and fast‑paced team, playing a key role in our continued success.
Location: Inpost Distribution, Bluestem Road, Ipswich, IP3 9RR
Shift Pattern: Work 5 days over 7 on rotating rota
Hours: 00:30am - 08:00am
Salary: £13.22 per hour
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting various warehouse functions to ensure the smooth running of the distribution process
- Sorting and relabelling parcels accurately to support operational requirements
- Manually sorting parcels and operating warehouse machinery where required
- Carrying out general warehouse duties in a fast‑paced environment
- Working collaboratively as part of a team to meet operational targets
- Loading and unloading goods safely and efficiently
