Warehouse Supervisor – Night Shift
Location: InPost Huyton, Unit One Symmetry Park, Cronton Road L35 1QR
Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off
Hours: 21:00 – 09:30
Salary: £32,500 Pro Rata
What You’ll Be Doing
- People Leadership
- Assist in planning and forecasting staff requirements including rota management and annual leave.
- Provide induction and on‑job training to staff and contractors.
- Complete disciplinary procedures where required.
- Ensure Return‑to‑Work interviews are completed at the start of each shift.
- Manage absence and lateness according to company procedure.
- Process payroll paperwork, including sickness, certificates, and holiday forms.
- Hold team briefings on policies, health.
