At InPost, we are looking for two exceptional PM Warehouse Sortation Supervisors to join our team and help drive operational excellence in our parcel sortation operations. As a key member of the team, you will oversee daily warehouse operations, optimize mechanical sortation processes, and lead a talented team towards achieving outstanding results.

Shift Pattern: 4on 4off
Hours: 14:00 – 23:30
Salary: £30,000 – £33,600 per annum depending on experience
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading Operational Excellence: Oversee and optimize daily warehouse operations, ensuring seamless execution across all activities and departments.
- Driving High Performance: Develop strategies to improve performance, reduce costs, and maximize efficiency. Monitor KPIs for continuous improvement.
- Mastering Warehouse Flow: Collaborate with the Operations Manager to ensure accurate sorting, processing, and dispatching of parcels.
- Empowering Your Team: Lead, train, and motivate a high-performance warehouse team. Provide mentorship and foster a positive work environment.
- Collaborating Across Teams: Work with other departments to ensure effective communication and smooth operations.
- Ensuring Consistency: Enforce SOPs to maintain operational consistency, efficiency, and quality.
- Prioritizing Safety: Focus on health and safety, ensuring compliance and a safe work environment.
- Managing the OLA Shift: Oversee all aspects of the OLA shift to ensure productivity.
- Managing Driver Briefings: Oversee driver pre- and de-briefings for clear communication.
- Maintaining a Top-Tier Warehouse Environment: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Upholding Company Standards: Enforce policies and procedures to ensure high standards and integrity.
- Weekend Engagement: Participate in weekend conference calls to stay aligned with operational priorities.
