About the role:
InPost is seeking experienced OLA Warehouse Operative\'s to join our dynamic Parcel Sorting Team at our Gateshead depot. This is an exceptional opportunity to become part of a leading company in the parcel delivery industry, renowned for supporting some of the UK’s most prominent high street and online brands.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to handling parcels within a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will collaborate closely with colleagues to optimize sorting workflows and meet daily targets, helping to drive the success of our logistics operations.

Shift Pattern:15:00 – 01:30 hrs (4on/ 4 off)
Hours:Full Time

What you’ll be doing:
Versatile Warehouse Support – Take on various roles within the warehouse to ensure seamless support for the distribution process.
Parcel Sorting & Relabelling – Efficiently sort and relabel parcels to maintain smooth operational flow.
Manual & Machine Operations – Sort parcels manually or operate machinery to optimize processing.
General Warehouse Duties – Contribute to the overall efficiency and organization of warehouse operations.
Team Collaboration – Work effectively within a collaborative team environment to achieve shared goals.
Loading & Unloading – Assist with the loading and unloading of goods to ensure timely delivery and order fulfilment.
