This role provides essential operational support across all parcel activities throughout the working day in Norwich. You will assist with parcel handling operations, support customer care enquiries and carry out general administrative tasks to help ensure the smooth running of daily operations. Working closely with the wider operations team, you will play an important role in maintaining high service standards, supporting efficient day‑to‑day activities, and helping InPost Distribution achieve its operational and customer service objectives.
