About the role
Inpost are looking for a Full‑time (40hrs per week) Warehouse operative (CRU Scanning) to join our team providing a first‑class service with our team in Newbridge (Edinburgh) working on behalf of Inpost and its customers.
- Location: Inpost Distribution 1, Claylands Road Newbridge EH28 8LF
- Shift Pattern: 5 over 7
- Hours: 06.00am – 14.00pm – MONDAY‑FRIDAY and 06.00am – 12noon – SATURDAY & SUNDAY
- Salary: £12.71p/h
What you’ll be doing
- Ensure customer returns are processed accordingly
- Perform heavy lifting with stockroom duties
- Scan overstock into stockroom
- Carry out stock inventory
- Carry out stock movements
- Deal with publisher requests and returns
- Locate over‑stocks, enabling efficient compiling of customer orders
- Check the quality of packed orders
- All stockroom duties
- Keep the warehouse safe, clean and tidy
- Adhere to company procedures and policies
- Unload, load, sort and scan deliveries
