Want to be part of a UK hub, in a global business that is scaling rapidly, evolving fast and radically changing the decades-old delivery universe? If so, read on, as we’re looking for a Merchant Quality Analyst to join our International & UK Operational Support team! Our mission? To switch up the status quo and become the UK’s leading out-of-home business. With a fast-growing network of thousands of smart lockers, hundreds of leading retail partners and the launch of our transformative Send service, we’re bringing freedom to anyone with a parcel.

At InPost UK, we’re building an unparalleled group of talent that’s committed to help us power our mission to reshape the way parcels move, and redefine eCommerce logistics. Our team is packed full of top-notch experts in e-commerce, technology, scale-up growth, sustainability, logistics and supply chain. We’re a passionate bunch with high ambition – we collaborate, innovate, support each other, and leave egos at the door.

About the role:

Ever wondered what it takes to keep millions of parcels moving flawlessly, across borders, every single day? At InPost, speed and reliability aren't just promises — they're what our biggest retail partners rely on. We're looking for a Merchant Quality Analyst who wants to be right in the middle of making that happen: turning raw data into the insight that keeps parcels moving on time, every time. This isn't a back-office analytics role. You'll sit right at the intersection of Network, Logistics, Customer Success, Product/Tech and Commercial teams — working across markets and borders to protect the performance of some of our most Strategic and Large retail accounts. When something looks off in the data, you'll be the one who spots it first, digs into why, and drives the fix.

If you love data with a purpose, get a kick out of solving real operational puzzles, and want your work to visibly matter to major retail brands across Europe — this is your role.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Own the story of a parcel — from manifest to delivered — tracking performance end-to-end across logistics modes and markets.
  • Build the metrics that matter — designing, adapting and maintaining KPIs that give leadership a real-time pulse on operational health.
  • Get to the bottom of it — running root-cause analysis on abnormalities and turning "something's wrong" into "here's why, and here's the fix."
  • Be the early warning system — monitoring parcel flows daily across InPost Group markets, flagging risks before they become client-facing problems.
  • Step into the spotlight — supporting Key Account Managers in presenting performance insights directly to Strategic and Large clients in structured reviews.
  • Spot the bigger picture — analysing market-level trends to surface risks and opportunities that others might miss.
  • Drive change, not just reports — taking ownership of improvement initiatives and coordinating action across local operations and international teams.
  • Build bridges — partnering with Technology, Operations and Network teams to design plans that reduce risk before it happens.
  • Become the go‑to expert — the person both your team and top retail partners trust for a sharp, credible read on performance.

What we need from you:

  • We’re looking for people who are ready for a fast paced environment, get their kicks out of problem solving and can balance getting today's stuff done, whilst building for the future.
  • A background in retail e-commerce or logistics — you understand how operations translate into customer experience.
  • Comfort working with SQL, Excel and Python to turn data into decisions.
  • Curiosity and hands‑on experience with AI tools like Claude to work smarter and faster.
  • A knack for turning analysis into insight — not just numbers, but the "so what" that drives action.
  • A fast learner who can pick up how a business function really operates, not just what's on paper.
  • Strong data storytelling skills — you can present complex findings clearly to audiences ranging from operational leads to senior external stakeholders.
  • Brilliant relationship‑building instincts — clients, partners and internal stakeholders alike warm to you quickly.
  • Confidence engaging with stakeholders at every level, across multiple functions.
  • Experience collaborating with teams in more than one European market.
  • A self‑starter mindset — accountable, positive, and driven to exceed expectations.
  • Excellent organisational, written and verbal communication skills.
  • A growth mindset and the resilience to stay adaptable when priorities shift.
  • An analytical, framework‑driven approach to problem‑solving.
  • Sharp problem diagnosis skills and a genuine appetite for driving change.
