Salary: £28,683.20 per annum
What you’ll be doing
- Lead and inspire a motivated team, ensuring smooth and efficient parcel handling, sorting, and scanning.
- Drive the performance of the warehouse by managing the throughput of parcels to meet and exceed operational targets.
- Perform quality checks to guarantee all parcels meet company standards, keeping safety at the forefront.
- Train and develop new team members, helping them excel and maintain top-tier performance.
- Support the shift manager by addressing any challenges and ensuring the day-to-day operations run smoothly.
- Foster a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment, championing both company policies and health & safety standards.
