About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy and fast‑moving warehouse operation, supporting the onsite Management and Operations team with essential administrative and operational tasks. The role plays a key part in ensuring day‑to‑day activities run smoothly by providing accurate reporting, effective communication, and reliable administrative support.
You’ll be working closely with multiple teams in a dynamic environment, acting as a central point of contact for internal stakeholders and external customers. With a strong focus on accuracy, organisation, and continuous improvement, this role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured yet fast‑paced setting and enjoys supporting operational success behind the scenes.
Location: 4400 Harrier Pkwy, Lutterworth LE17 4XT
Shift pattern: 4on 4off
Hours: 06:00am - 18:00pm
Salary: £24,529.04 per annum
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting the operational team with KPI tracking, reporting, and performance data.
- Working closely with management to build strong working relationships and respond promptly to customer requests and queries.
- Ensuring all administrative tasks are completed accurately, efficiently, and within required timeframes.
- Maintaining and updating spreadsheets and internal systems to support daily operations and reporting.
- Providing general administrative support to the Management team and assisting with additional tasks as required to meet business needs.
- Contributing to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to improve processes.
- Supporting compliance with health and safety standards across warehouse operations.
- Using Warehouse and Logistics Management Systems as part of daily activities (where applicable).
What we need from you:
- Previous administration experience, ideally within a logistics, warehouse, or customer‑focused environment.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all aspects of your work.
- Confidence using PCs and internal systems, with strong spreadsheet skills that you’ll use daily.
- Experience creating, maintaining, and reporting on KPI data.
- A proactive mindset with an understanding of continuous improvement principles.
- The ability to build positive working relationships with management teams and customers.
- An understanding of health and safety practices within an operational environment.
- Knowledge of Warehouse or Logistics Management Systems (desirable, but not essential).
- The right to work in the UK.
