About the role
This role will be focused on unlocking and developing relationships with key stakeholders within the UK’s best retailers, selling the unique InPost proposition and closing high value commercial opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Building strong relationships at multiple levels within target organizations, from operational to C-suite.
- Lead sales campaigns to generate opportunities with prospects working closely with marketing operations and the commercial team.
- Collaborating with UK commercial, marketing, payments, and operational teams to ensure successful client onboarding and delivery.
- Managing multistakeholder relationships across logistics, e-commerce, marketing, and payments to align interests and accelerate adoption.
- Close quality deals on a regular basis by adding value at every step of the negotiation and selling on the InPost USP’s in market.
- Work collaboratively with retailers to influence customer choice and drive adoption of the InPost service.
- Contribute to go-to-market plans for our key channels (Large retail, SME and partners) to ensure accelerated growth of new business.
- Lead the sales process from "Opportunity” to "Go Live".
- Attend events and become a ‘thought leader’ within your network.

Key experience you will need below:
- Proven background in parcel delivery, logistics, payments, or e-commerce with a strong UK network.
- Solution sales experience in retail, logistics or e-commerce – with a track record of building pipelines and closing C-suite/Enterprise deals.
- Strong commercial acumen – skilled in negotiation, deal-making, and spotting opportunities at pace.
- Natural relationship-builder – confident communicator, active listener, and trusted partner across functions.
- Influential and engaging – able to inspire belief in the proposition and deliver presentations that land.
- Collaborative team player – reliable, honest, and energised by working with others.
- Resilient, agile, and growth-minded – thrive in a fast-moving environment and adapt quickly to change.
- Analytical and data-driven – balancing instinct with insight to drive results.
