At InPost Newstrade, one of the UK’s leading distribution brands, we’re seeking a motivated and driven Night Warehouse Supervisor to help shape performance and build a high performing team within our fast paced overnight operation. As a key leader on the warehouse floor, you’ll do more than manage night to night activity; you’ll lead by example, inspire your team, and create a positive, results driven culture. Your influence will be central to achieving productivity targets, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring smooth, efficient operations throughout the night shift.
Location: Unit C Larkfield Industrial Estate, New Hythe Lane, Aylesford, ME20 6SW
Shift Pattern: Saturday - Wednesday
Hours: Saturday 01:00am - 10:00pm / 01:00am - 07:00am
Salary: £29,000 per annum
What you’ll be doing
- Lead and inspire a dedicated Night Returns Warehouse team, driving performance and fostering a positive, results-focused culture during the overnight shift.
- Collaborate closely with Warehouse Management to ensure returns targets are consistently met and exceeded throughout the night.
- Serve as the first point of contact for Returns Warehouse Operatives on the night shift, providing hands‑on guidance and support to maintain an efficient and accurate workflow.
- Proactively identify and resolve operational issues within the returns process, escalating where necessary to keep overnight operations running smoothly.
- Champion quality control standards, ensuring all returned stock is processed accurately and in line with company procedures.
- Promote and enforce health and safety compliance, setting the standard for safe working practices during night operations.
- Deliver effective on‑the‑job training and coaching, equipping night shift team members with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to succeed.

- Proven experience leading and motivating a warehouse or returns team, ideally in a night shift environment, with a track record of delivering results.
- Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills, able to identify issues overnight and take decisive action to keep operations running smoothly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support and guide your night shift team effectively.
