About the role

InPost is seeking experienced Warehouse Operatives to join our Newstrade packing team at the Inverness depot. This is an exceptional opportunity to become part of a leading company in the parcel delivery industry, renowned for supporting some of the UK’s most prominent high‑street and online brands.   • Location: Inpost Walker Road, Inverness, IV1 1TY
  • Shift Pattern: WEDNESDAY - SUNDAY
  • Hours: 01.00am - 08.00am - 30hrs per week
  • Salary: £12.70p/h

What you’ll be doing

  • Efficiently packing newspapers & magazines to optimize and streamline the entire operational workflow, ensuring timely and accurate processing that supports seamless distribution.
  • Expertly relabelling and meticulously preparing parcels for dispatch, guaranteeing all items meet stringent quality and accuracy standards before reaching their destination.
  • Demonstrating versatility by manually sorting parcels with precision or operating advanced sorting machinery when required, adapting quickly to meet dynamic operational demands.
  • Actively contributing to a wide range of general warehouse responsibilities, maintaining an organized and efficient environment that drives overall productivity and operational excellence.
  • Loading and unloading parcels with speed and accuracy within a fast‑paced, collaborative team setting, ensuring deadlines are consistently met while fostering a positive and motivated atmosphere.
