About the role: The Independent Deployment Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Independent Deployment Team. This involves managing a team of 5 operations specialists, ensuring that weekly, monthly and quarterly targets are met and that InPost lockers are deployed efficiently, safely and within budget.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Delegate workload within the Independent Operations team to ensure capacity for all scopes
  • Maintain tracking of deployment KPI’s, identify and manage blockers to deployment speed and escalate to line manager where necessary
  • Consistently monitor effectiveness of ways of working
  • Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth execution of APM deployments
  • Work closely with both independent and partner network sales teams to maximise conversion and pace of deployment.
