Whether you’re handling parcels, coordinating routes, or managing depot operations, you will play a key role in maintaining our high standards and efficiency. About the role
As a Warehouse Team Leader, you’ll be at the heart of the action, ensuring parcels are handled with precision, operational targets are met, and safety and quality standards are top‑notch. You'll lead a fantastic team, inspiring them to deliver excellence every day while driving performance and fostering a positive, results‑driven culture.
Location: Unit 1 Summit Avenue Farnborough GU14 0NW
Shift Pattern: 4 on 3 off
Hours: 13:00 - 23:30
Salary: £14.71 per hour
What you’ll be doing
- Lead and motivate your team to achieve operational targets.
- Ensure warehouse processes for efficient parcel handling, sorting and scanning are followed.
- Train and develop new team members, helping them achieve and maintain performance standards.
- Support the Supervisors and Shift Managers by identifying and escalating challenges and problem‑solving to ensure day‑to‑day operations run smoothly.
- Foster a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment, upholding both company policies and health & safety standards.
What we need from you
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Understanding of / familiarity working in a warehousing or logistics environment.
- Team leading or supervisory experience desirable.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast‑paced environment.
- Comfortable to support Warehouse Operatives with physical parcel handling activities when needed.
- A commitment to upholding safety and operational excellence.
