As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in overseeing daily warehouse operations, optimising mechanical sortation processes, and leading a talented team towards achieving outstanding results. Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday

Hours: 00:00am - 09:00am

Salary: Competitive Salary

What you’ll be doing:

  • Run daily operations: Manage and improve the day-to-day running of the warehouse so everything works smoothly.
  • Improve performance: Find ways to boost efficiency, cut costs, and track key metrics to keep improving.
  • Keep things moving: Work with the Operations Manager to make sure parcels are sorted, processed, and sent out correctly.
  • Lead the team: Train, support, and motivate staff to do their best work.
  • Work with others: Communicate and collaborate with other departments to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Follow procedures: Make sure everyone sticks to standard processes for consistent and high-quality work.
  • Focus on safety: Ensure all health and safety rules are followed and the workplace is safe.
  • Manage the shift: Take responsibility for how each shift runs and performs.
  • Handle driver briefings: Run clear and organised driver briefings before and after shifts.
  • Keep the warehouse tidy: Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
  • Follow company rules: Make sure company policies and standards are always followed.
