Are you ready to be at the heart of a fast-paced, dynamic parcel operation? Join InPost Distribution as a Depot Operations Support team member and play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth daily parcel activities, exceptional customer care, and seamless administration in our bustling Coventry depot!
Location:Silverstone Drive, Gallagher Business Park, Coventry, CV6 6PA
Shift Pattern:Tuesday – Saturday
Hours:06:00am – 14:30pm
Salary: £26,020.80 per annum
What you’ll be doing:
- Support drivers and colleagues across shifts, handling queries via face-to-face, phone, email, and digital systems.
- Manage driver bookings, parcel processing, and live delivery monitoring to keep parcels on time.
- Assist with damage control, repacking, and resolving logistical issues.
- Handle key admin tasks such as customer reception, claims processing, onboarding support, and internal communications.
- Ensure compliance with safety, security, and operational standards.
- Collaborate closely with the depot and management team to escalate and resolve issues.
