What you’ll be doing

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven success in fast paced, round the clock operations, demonstrating resilience, composure, and the ability to lead through pressure.
  • A natural curiosity and a drive to innovate; you enjoy challenging the status quo and delivering smarter, better ways of working.
  • Strong leadership experience within logistics, distribution, or supply chain, ideally within a depot or large operational site, with responsibility for sizeable teams and a track record of building high‑performing, collaborative cultures.
  • A deep understanding of operational efficiency, using data, process improvement, and people leadership to elevate service quality and customer experience.
  • Excellent financial acumen, including experience managing budgets, controlling costs, and contributing to overall company profitability.
  • A solid grasp of regulatory and compliance requirements across logistics and distribution — including health & safety, driver regulations, and industry standards.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels, build strong relationships, and work confidently with Operational Directors.
  • A results driven mindset, with strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement.
