About the role: We are looking for a highly analytical Revenue Operations Manager to support the commercial organisation through data-driven insights, operational rigour, and high-quality reporting. This role focuses heavily on data analysis, sales performance management, and translating operational needs into meaningful reporting across Salesforce, Databricks, and Power BI. The role works closely with the UK CRM Lead (Salesforce Product Owner), ensuring alignment on system functionality, data quality, and reporting structure. While the CRM Lead owns the platform roadmap, this role focuses on extracting value from the data, building dashboards, supporting sales leadership, and equipping teams with the insights needed to drive performance.
What you’ll be doing:

- Provide operational insights to improve CRM workflows and data quality.
- Act as a bridge between commercial teams and the CRM product function, translating sales needs into reporting requirements.
- Build and maintain Salesforce dashboards and advanced reports.
- Analyse sales performance, pipeline health, sales cycle metrics, and conversion data.
- Support sales managers with insights to improve productivity, forecasting accuracy, and accountability.
- Provide recurring and ad-hoc performance analysis to commercial leadership.
- Produce reporting packs and insights for revenue reviews, QBRs, and monthly performance meetings.
- Identify trends and opportunities to improve revenue generation and go-to-market efficiency.
- Support the design and modelling of commission plans.
- Calculate and validate monthly or quarterly commission payments.
- Run scenario modelling to assess compensation plan changes.
- Understand data models, tables, and pipelines within Databricks.
- Collaborate with data engineering teams to validate datasets and reporting structures.
- Design and build Power BI dashboards integrating Salesforce and Databricks data.
- Build scorecards, KPI frameworks, and metrics for commercial performance.
- Support territory planning, quota setting, and productivity analysis.
- Ensure sales leaders have clear insights into performance drivers.
What we need from you: We’re looking for people who are ready for a fast paced environment, get their kicks out of problem solving and can balance getting today’s stuff done, whilst building for the future. We’re looking for people with drive and natural curiosity – who want to do things differently. And do them brilliantly.
- Proven experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or a commercial analytics role.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce reports, dashboards, and GTM processes.
- Experience with data platforms such as Databricks.
- Ability to understand data architecture and translate datasets into reporting.
- Hands-on Power BI dashboard experience.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Experience supporting sales leadership directly.
- Experience with sales compensation modelling.
- Highly collaborative with strong cross-functional communication.
- Analytical and proactive with a strong problem-solving mindset.
