E Store Retail Supervisor
Location: Unit 3 Banbury Gateway Shopping Centre, Banbury OX16 3ER
Hours: 30 hours a week with opportunity to work more hours. Availability Sunday-Wednesdays and Saturdays 6-12 shifts.
Salary: £13.00 Per Hour

In our Team Leaders, we look for a positive mindset, people who can lead, motivate, inspire, and support their team to get things done and enjoy getting involved too! Your role at Superdrug as a Team Leader will be to work with the E Store team ensuring the store is well stocked and replenished, processing online orders and picking them for our customers and packing them to be sent directly to their doors. Leading the teams to achieve the KPIs and ensuring they are adhering to health and safety.
Responsibilities

- Process online orders, pick items for customers, and pack them for delivery to customers\’ doors.
- Motivate, coach, and support the team to achieve KPIs while adhering to health and safety standards.
