We are currently recruiting for a Cafe Manager to work in Central London. Location: Central LondonRate of Pay: £35,000 per annumWorking Pattern: 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday, Shifts between 7:30am – 4pmKey Responsibilities:Preparing delicious food to the highest standardsManaging our culinary and catering teams to ensure we continue to deliver impeccable food and customer serviceOverseeing the catering operations, including completing weekly business returns, monitoring budgets, and implementing action plansCommunicating regularly with your line manager to monitor KPIs and targetsSupporting and training our teams, leading from the front to make sure everyone can excel in their roleImplementing and reviewing Health & Safety standards to ensure compliance across all catering and service teams.Whats in it for you?Working with CH&CO has its perks!
