Duties:
- Supervise and manage all site operations with precision
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety protocols
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of supplies and equipment
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for maintenance needs
- Conduct regular inspections to uphold cleanliness, organization, and safety standards
- Provide training, guidance, and supervision to staff members
- Address any issues or conflicts promptly
- Prepare detailed reports on site activities and progress
