We are seeking a skilled MIG Welder / Fabricator to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for welding and fabricating metal components with precision and efficiency, contributing to the production of high-quality products.
Duties:
- Welding and fabricating various metal components, ensuring adherence to technical specifications and safety standards.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment safely and effectively during welding processes.
- Assist in the assembly of fabricated parts, ensuring proper fit and finish.
- Use basic maths skills to measure, mark, and cut materials accurately.
- Conduct routine inspections of welds and fabricated components for quality assurance.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in MIG welding and fabricating.
- Strong knowledge of welding standards and techniques.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment.
- Experience working with sheet metal and performing assembly tasks.
- Basic maths skills for measurements.
