Inplace Personnel are actively seeking Production Operatives for our client on Manners Industrial Estate, Ilkeston. These roles will involve working in a busy recycling centre for a company who specialise in UPVC products.

Job specific details:

  • Working hours: 4on4off - Rotating days and nights.
  • Production £12.21 Days and £13.21 nights (Nights increasing after 12 weeks of service)
  • FLT C/B Driver £13.25 Days £14.25 nights (Nights increasing after 12 weeks of service)

The job roles and responsibilities include:

  • Quality inspection.
  • Heavy lifting/pulling/pushing (up to 25KG)
  • Attention to detail
  • Packing and wrapping.
  • Labelling
  • Loading
  • General warehouse maintenance
  • Working as part of a team
  • Willing to take on new tasks
  • No experience required as training is provided from an induction and day one training.

Shift patterns will be rotating 4x4 continental 12-hour shifts. An FLT Counterbalance license would be advantageous but not essential (These roles are subject to a higher rate of pay).
