Key Responsibilities:
- Adhering to company procedures and utilising our bespoke systems in line with ISO 9001, 14001, and OHAS 45001 accreditations
- Supporting the Head of HSEF in maintaining and re-certifying company accreditations
- Conducting thorough investigations of near misses, hazards, and accidents, implementing corrective measures and liaising with external parties like HSE
- Managing PPE control and audits, ensuring workforce safety compliance
- Holding managers accountable for team performance and process adherence
- Monitoring department KPIs, reporting, and taking necessary actions
- Conducting fire and emergency response drills, preparing method statements, and risk assessments
- Generating monthly health & safety statistics, including KPIs and accident data
- Staying updated on legislative changes with specialised company support
- Conducting company inductions and team development
Essential Criteria:
- NEBOSH diploma
- Minimum 5 years of site & CDM experience
- Exposure to quality accreditations
