Our busy South Normanton based clients are currently looking to recruit experienced Weekend Warehouse Yard/Loading Operatives for their modern distribution facility with immediate effect. Ideal candidates will have experience of working within Loading and Unloading, within a busy distribution environment.
As Manufacturers of Specialist Products, you will be assisting the wider team in various duties, including:
- Loading and Unloading profiles.
- Work in a close team.
- Manage a busy workload whilst working to targets and deadlines.
- Prioritise Health & Safety.
- Have a keen eye for detail.
This is a clean, light environment, but will include working outdoors in the yard area. An established team will be on hand to ensure new colleagues are supported and mentored properly throughout the initial training stages.
What we need from you:
- Comfortable working in a medium to heavy lifting environment (full training given, including Manual Handling Training).
- Previous experience of MHE EG: VNA, Combi, Counterbalance.
- Previous experience of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated and reliable.
- Experience of working to targets and deadlines.
We have the following shifts available on days: 14:00 - 22:00.
Our clients are ONLY looking for people seeking a long-term opportunity, as all roles are offered on a regular, temp to perm basis with the opportunity to be directly engaged on a permanent basis after initial qualifying period.
