Your Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all day-to-day finance operations - accounts payable/receivable, cash flow, payroll, and compliance.
- Ensure accurate CIS, VAT, and HMRC reporting.
- Produce monthly management accounts, job cost reports, and year-end statements.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis on a project and company-wide level.
- Support operational teams with financial insights, tracking job costing and project margins.
- Maintain and improve robust financial systems, controls, and reporting frameworks.
- Liaise with auditors, accountants, insurers, and banking partners.
You'll Be a Great Fit If You
- Are ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified (or qualified by experience).
- Have a strong background in finance within the construction industry - this is essential.
- Understand CIS, UK VAT, and construction-related compliance.
