The Opportunity
We’re looking for a passionate and proactive IT Support Technician to join our Infrastructure team. You’ll play a vital role in supporting day-to-day IT operations across the group — keeping systems running, users supported, and contributing to the success of ongoing tech improvements. Key Responsibilities
- Provide first and second-line IT support using Jira Service Management
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and server issues
- Configure and install laptops, desktops, mobile phones, and tablets
- Support user onboarding/offboarding (account setup, permissions, password resets)
- Administer 3CX telephony systems (extensions, call logs, provisioning)
- Create and maintain documentation using Confluence
- Deliver basic IT training to end users
- Liaise with 3rd-party vendors and external support
- Manage IT equipment stock and replacements
- Contribute to IT projects and system upgrades
What You’ll Need
- Experience in an IT support or helpdesk environment
- Proficiency with:
- Windows 7/10/11, Windows Server (2016–2022)
- Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, SharePoint, Entra ID
- Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, file & print services
- Networking fundamentals (firewalls, switches, routers, cabling)
Desirable (but not essential):
- Experience with Jira, Confluence or similar ITSM tools
- Knowledge of scripting or automation
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco)
