Technische Verantwortung für sicherheitsrelevante Armaturen im Nuklearbereich. Als Projektingenieur Armaturentechnik (m/w/d) sichern Sie die Betriebssicherheit sicherheitsrelevanter Ventile und Komponenten wie Pumpen, Tanks und Kompressoren. Sie prüfen und bewerten Armaturen, leiten Inspektionen und Abnahmen und erstellen klare Arbeitsanweisungen für Zerlegung und Schweißarbeiten. Dabei arbeiten Sie eng mit Qualität, Lieferanten und Projektteams zusammen und stellen die norm- und regelkonforme Umsetzung sicher.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Technische Bewertung und Optimierung von Auswahl, Spezifikation und Installation sicherheitsrelevanter Armaturen und Komponenten
- Technische Projektunterstützung bei Spezifikationen, Beschaffung, Qualitätssicherung und Lieferantenbewertungen
- Analyse von Manuals und Zeichnungen zur Identifikation und Bewertung von Armaturentypen
- Festlegung und Durchführung von Inspektionsschritten, insbesondere im Rahmen von Hydrotests sowie Prüf- und Abnahmen
- Erstellung klarer Zerlegungs- und Arbeitsanweisungen für Armaturenkomponenten, insbesondere für Schweißarbeiten
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung nuklearer Regelwerke sowie relevanter Codes und Normen inklusive technischer Dokumentation und Reporting
Ihre Qualifikationen
- Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium oder technische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Valve Engineering, idealerweise im nuklearen Umfeld oder Kraftwerks-/Großanlagenbau
- Praxis in Prüfung, Installation und Betrieb sicherheitsrelevanter Ventilsysteme sowie zugehöriger QA-/Inspection-Prozesse
- Sicherer Umgang mit Standards und Regelwerken (ASME, API, ISO) sowie Verständnis nuklearer Sicherheits- und Compliance-Anforderungen
- Analytische Stärke, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und hohe Detailgenauigkeit, insbesondere bei Fehleranalysen und Dokumentation
- Fließende Englischkenntnisse und sichere Kommunikation in interdisziplinären Teams
