Business Controller – Hydrogen & Fixed Costs

INEOS Inovyn is looking for a Business Controller – Hydrogen & Fixed Costs to play a key role in driving financial performance, supporting strategic decision-making and delivering insights that make a real business impact.

What you'll do

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting for fixed costs across the whole of Inovyn.
  • Challenge assumptions, identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, HR and Commercial teams throughout Europe.
  • Provide clear insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
  • Be the financial business partner for our Hydrogen business
  • Develop financial models and business cases for major hydrogen investment projects.

What we're looking for

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics, complemented by a professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or similar).
  • At least 5 years of experience in Business Controlling or Finance within a multinational industrial environment.
  • Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel and SAP; experience with Qlik Sense is an advantage.
  • A proactive and curious mindset with the confidence to challenge and influence stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex financial data into meaningful business insights.
