The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out servicing, planned preventative maintenance, fault diagnosis and repairs across a range of commercial gas and heating systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs on commercial gas appliances and heating systems.
- Diagnose faults and undertake necessary remedial works.
- Complete planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance tasks.
- Identify potential issues and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with current regulations and industry standards.
- Complete service reports, maintenance records and associated documentation accurately.
- Liaise professionally with customers and site representatives.
- Work both independently and as part of the wider engineering team.
- Participate in the out-of-hours call-out rota as required.
Qualifications & Experience
Essential:
- Current and valid Commercial Gas qualifications.
- Experience in servicing, maintaining and fault-finding on commercial gas systems.
- Good technical knowledge of commercial heating installations.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
Desirable:
- Experience working with HVAC systems.
- Knowledge of heating and building management controls.
- F-Gas qualifications or relevant experience.
- Experience working within commercial facilities and planned maintenance environments.

Working Hours
Monday to Friday - 08:00 to 16:30
40 hours per week.
