You’re a strategist, a storyteller, and a data wizard who knows how to target high-value accounts with surgical precision. You live for the thrill of turning prospects into partners and believe that marketing in biotech demands as much innovation as the science itself. You’re done with spray-and-pray marketing that wastes everyone’s time You’ll design and execute account-based marketing campaigns that zero in on key biopharma decision-makers. You’ll work with our commercial, tech and medical teams to craft hyper-personalized strategies that resonate with each target account. You’ll work alongside our tech and medical teams to translate complex innovations into compelling value propositions. You know that biotech isn’t just science—it’s a story” • You’ll create content—whitepapers, case studies, webinars—that showcases Inovia’s disruptive approach to drug development. • You’ll tailor messaging to each account, ensuring every touchpoint feels bespoke and undeniable. You’re certified in HubSpot (Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, or ABM tools) and have hands-on experience building complex workflows, custom reports, and segmented lists. You know biotech like the back of your hand. # You have 3+ years of marketing experience in the biotech or biopharma industry, with a deep understanding of drug development pipelines, regulatory landscapes, and key stakeholders. # You’ve designed and executed ABM campaigns targeting C-suite and senior decision-makers, ideally in biotech or life sciences, Ascertainable insights. # Data is your co-pilot. # You’re fluent in marketing analytics—think Google Analytics, HubSpot dashboards, and CRM reporting. You’ve tamed messy CRMs. # You’re comfortable cleaning and organizing account data in HubSpot or similar platforms, ensuring every contact, company, and deal is meticulously structured. # You can craft compelling emails, landing pages, and content that speak directly to biotech leaders, balancing technical accuracy with persuasive flair. # You’ve built hyper-targeted campaigns that make each account feel like the only one that matters, using dynamic content, intent data, and account-specific insights. # You’re plugged into the latest ABM trends, biotech marketing strategies, and HubSpot updates. You’ve worked with intent data. # You’ve used tools like 6sense, Demandbase, or Bombora to identify high-potential accounts and time your outreach perfectly. # You’re comfortable running A/B tests, experimenting with new channels, and iterating based on performance data. # You can take Inovia’s tech-heavy value proposition and distill it into messaging that resonates with both scientific and commercial audiences. # You’re a content machine. # You’ve produced or overseen the creation of high-impact assets like whitepapers, blogs, or videos tailored to biotech audiences. # Vanity metrics are nice, but you’re obsessed with building relationships and closing deals that transform drug development.
